Refund Policy We hope you are happy with your new Aphrodite Studio purchase. If you're unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return them to us. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 28 days.

If an item is faulty we're happy to offer a refund or replacement if possible. Please contact us before return so we can provide you the best possible service.

This is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the terms below.

1. The goods were purchased from AphroditeStudio.com
2. We receive the item back within 28 days from delivery. For non tracked deliveries, the delivery date will be the latest date in your estimated date range unless we are told otherwise.
3. The goods are returned to Aphrodite Studio in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered, tampered with or worn.

Postage Refunds If the product you receive is not as stated on the AphroditeStudio.com website, we will refund the total cost, including your return postage costs.

If you change your mind, you will receive a refund for the products.

Proof of postage should always be obtained from the Post Office when returning items. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to offer a refund, should your order go missing before it arrives at Aphrodite Studio.
